Money Forward Transfers Hider (the "Extension") is a browser extension that hides transfers and transactions excluded from calculations on the Money Forward ME website according to the user's display preference. The Extension is not an official extension of Money Forward HOME, Inc. or Money Forward, Inc.


To provide its functionality, the Extension identifies rows representing transfers and transactions excluded from calculations on pages under https://moneyforward.com/. It may also count matching transaction rows and display the count in the Extension's popup.

This processing takes place only within the user's browser. The Extension does not extract, store, record, or transmit transaction text, amounts, account information, personal information, or authentication information to the developer.


The Extension stores a Boolean display preference indicating whether transfers and excluded transactions should be hidden. This preference is stored using the browser-provided storage.sync feature.

When browser synchronization is enabled, the display preference may be synchronized to other browser installations using the same browser account. Synchronization and the handling of synchronized data are governed by the applicable browser vendor's services and privacy policy.

The display preference is the only information stored or synchronized by the Extension. Transaction details, amounts, account information, personal information, and authentication information are not stored or synchronized.


The Extension does not transmit user data to servers operated by the developer. It does not sell or provide user data to third parties and does not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics.

However, as described above, the display preference may be transmitted to the browser vendor through the browser's synchronization feature when synchronization is enabled by the user.


Users can change the display preference at any time from the Extension's popup. Deletion and retention of synchronized settings are governed by the extension and synchronization data controls provided by the user's browser. The developer does not operate a separate database containing Extension user data.


This policy may be updated if the Extension's functionality or data practices change. Material changes will be announced on the Extension's distribution page or repository.
