- Interesting idea. Advanced settings are not as advanced as I would like for this to be actually usable. Time delay settings would be nice or a setting to wait until the tab is finished loading. Lots of false changes when the site is redirecting and flashing when it could be resolved by waiting a second. Turning off Dynamic Update of the tab color still sometimes has the tab color update, maybe when opening a new tab, but still distracting and against my wanted behavior. Amazing attempt, maybe Firefox's design disallows the true potential of this idea. I want a browser to do this seamlessly now.
Edit: appreciate the response!
Hi Gen, thanks for the thoughtful feedback! I see how a time delay setting could help reduce false changes, and I’m considering adding an option for that. I’ll also look into the issue with Dynamic Update. Appreciate your support and insights!

Hi Christopher Bolin, sorry for the inconvenience! To make the active tab more noticeable, you can change its colour in the add-on’s options page: Theme Builder → Selected Tab. Alternatively, you can quickly adjust it via the add-on popup. Hope that helps!

But when I watch videos in Shorts, the tab bar changes to white (it's white by default in my Firefox). That is, it doesn't match the dark design of the YouTube site. Please fix this in the next update.

- go to "about:config" type "widget.windows.mica" and enjoy the beauty of the already intigrated feature of a true "adaptive tab bar color" that wont be consistently changing your firefox theme and bugging out your operating systems window manager
and btw
:P keep up the work, no true hatred towards you, only respect, im just butthurt.
i still have this installed on my nightly firefox, so hopefully ill come back to change this review, have a great day, thanks

- sorry, i think the star rating i put earlier was too harsh...
Hi popeldd, no worries—I appreciate the honesty and the tip! I totally get where you’re coming from, and I’m glad you’re still keeping the add-on around. Hopefully, future updates will make it more useful for you. Have a great day too, and thanks for the support!
- This is awesome, I love details like this, works with dark reader too which is a big plus
Sometimes if a website wants to flashbang me it turns the bar white too, which hides macos buttons when used with graphite theme (graphite replaces the colorful traffic lights with half-transparent buttons). Other than that small issue, it's great - Оценено на 5 из 5от Пользователь Firefox 13480728, год назад
