1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
   VinnerVi gathers essential operational data including your Google account identifier and email (via OAuth), transaction records (credits, debits, balance adjustments), and job
   metadata such as video URLs, language selections, timestamps, and status.
2. AUDIO AND VIDEO DATA
   Audio data submitted for transcription is processed transiently on our servers and is NOT retained after the job completes. The service does not store audio recordings.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
   We use collected information to manage accounts and credit balances, process translation jobs, send service notifications regarding failures, and maintain platform
   improvements.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   Data sharing occurs with Stripe (payments), Google OAuth (authentication), Groq's Whisper API (speech-to-text), and Google Gemini (translation). We do not sell, rent, or trade
   your personal information to any third party.
5. COOKIES
   The website employs only essential authentication and session cookies. No tracking or third-party analytics cookies.
6. DATA SECURITY
   The service uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure infrastructure, though no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. DATA RETENTION
   Account and transaction data persist during account activity. Job metadata remains for 90 days post-completion. Audio data is deleted immediately after processing.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
   Users may request account deletion by contacting support@vinnervi.com, with processing within 30 days.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
   Updates trigger revision of the effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
