It is NOT possible to "migrate" the Passwords from old Avast-Passwort to new Avast-Password-Manager
The mistake is either with Avast or with Firefox

Terrible change to the software.

Only plugs in to one browser.
Remains unlocked forever unless you exit the browser.
Defeats the whole purpose.


Time to find a different one.

Bewildered by what has happened to this useful extension. Since Avast changed it to an extension & mobile app (which I don't want) I can't get it to show on my toolbar. I might uninstall since this is dramatically less useful than its past iteration. When I'm trying to log on to a website, I don't want to have to go through 3x as many clicks and effort to access a saved password. The usefulness of having it integrated with other Avast products I already subscribe to was the one reason I kept using it over other, better rated password keepers. With this change I don't see the point in still using it.

AvastPasswordFirefox140324.json can NOT be implemented - even NOT, after de - and new installing of AVAST Premium Security (with [old] Passwort).
