Recent reports of Avast selling user data.

Installed without my explicit consent. Did not want and would never install such a add on. Looking for alternative to AVAST. Not the kind of behavior that speaks to trust in anti malware company.

Avast is using their extensions and their products to spy on you, and then sell your browsing information to data brokers around the world.

Installed without consent. Will be dropping Avast as my antivirus software.

Installed without my consent after using Avast Software Updater to update my Firefox (along with 1 additional extension).

Does as it says but also feels the need to bombard you with pop-ups you have to manually close out of each time saying 'Todays Deals' 'Check Out The Latest Deals' for sites you don't use.
Absolutely going to be uninstalling.
