    • New usage display. Session usage now runs along the top edge of the message box and weekly usage along the bottom. The white tick still shows how far into each window you are.
    • Hover over the message box to see the numbers and reset times. A line turns red and keeps its text showing once it passes 90%.
    • Fable's weekly limit now has its own line under the weekly one, instead of sharing half of the weekly bar.
    • New settings from the toolbar button. Keep the usage text always showing, or switch back to the original bars.
    • Fixed the token count and cache timer not showing after claude.ai's latest update.
    • Adds the storage permission, used only to save these settings on your device.

    • The token bar now fills at the model's context window instead of a fixed 200K. That's 1M for Opus 5.5, Opus 5, Fable 5.1 and Sonnet 5, 500K for Fable 5 and Opus 4.6 to 4.8, and 200K for other models.
    • Token counts on Claude 4.7 and later models are now higher. These models use a newer tokenizer that turns the same text into more tokens.
    • Image and PDF estimates now follow Anthropic's current formulas.
    • The cache timer now counts down from 1 hour instead of 5 minutes, which is what community testing on claude.ai found. It also starts from when the last request was sent.
    • Switching between versions of a reply with the arrows now updates the token count and cache timer.
    • Updated tooltips to match.

    buttons on a new chat, and dropped to the bottom of the page once you were in

    New: Claude Fable weekly usage
    • The weekly usage bar now shows your Fable cap as a second fill in the bottom half of the bar (all-models weekly on top, Fable underneath) — no extra width, same tidy layout.
    • The Fable half is color-coded to match claude.ai: teal when normal, gold at the warning level, red as you near the cap.
    • Hover the weekly bar to see the exact split — "All models: X% · Fable: Y%" — plus the reset time.
    • Fable usage is read directly from Claude's usage data, so it's the real number, not an estimate.
    • Plans without a Fable limit look exactly as before.
