New: a Display option on the Settings page to turn off the curved-screen effect.

The curved-screen effect bends the whole page. Firefox currently draws this effect on the processor instead of the graphics card, so on some computers the History, About and Settings pages can scroll and respond slowly. If you notice this, go to Settings > Display and untick "Bend the page with the curved screen" for a smoother page. Panels and lines still follow the curve, and the animated background keeps running.

The effect stays on by default, and your choice is remembered.
