v0.2.1 adds media detection alongside the existing text analysis. Images, video, and audio are now scanned for C2PA provenance metadata in the background, with independent mode and threshold controls for text and media in the popup.

C2PA detection works on directly-hosted files where the metadata survives. Most social platforms strip it on upload, so you won't see flags on content served through their CDNs.

Also fixed: relative image URLs now resolve correctly for background scanning.
