Actual App is a winner unfortunately the ability to right wrongs is quite impossible at the moment. As they are phasing out the unlimited passwords on free version I chose to update with credit card. unfortunately i can not get a human to rectify my problem of paying for premium version and not receiveoing access to it! money is there and no joy.

I love this password manager, but three days ago it just stopped working on my computer. Why? Getting someone on the phone from Dashlane to help is a joke.

Only the best PWD manager! Better than the ones my friends use (though I've tried to convert them). Well worth the money. Especially as [sound of wood being furiously knocked!!} it hasn't been compromised as so many of the others have!! [end sound of wood being furiously knocked]

Generally like this password manager but customer service is not good

Worked okay for years, today it's broken and suddenly the internet is completely shut off to me.
