I LOVE this addon!
I have never had a problem downloading any vid from youtube.
Maybe, you can add more sites to download from.
I can't find any reliable downloader for vimeo, for example...
I was in panic, when I opened up my firefox a while ago and almost ALL of my addons have been disabled! :O
I'm grateful to the reviewer who mentioned this and the prompt response of DFVT explaining this issue - I can't lose this addon!! 3> 3> 3>

excellent till it was removed from my firefox interface
and no way install it again in spite of many attempts
I get a massage of no connection even if have one

Hey,

Thanks for your review.

There is an issue with Firefox that prevents Add-ons from being installed/running.
Mozilla is working to resolve this issue.

As per their blog:
"Late on Friday May 3rd, we became aware of an issue with Firefox that prevented existing and new add-ons from running or being installed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to people who use Firefox"
