Easy ECAD Downloader is a Firefox extension for electronics engineers, PCB designers, KiCad users, hobbyists and makers who want a faster way to move component library data from supplier pages into KiCad. The extension can export ECAD data from supported supplier and component pages, including EasyEDA, JLCPCB, LCSC and SamacSys-backed distributor pages. When available, it downloads and converts component data into KiCad-compatible library assets. Key features

Export KiCad schematic symbols
Export KiCad PCB footprints
Export 3D models for mechanical checks
Download datasheets when available
Support EasyEDA-based and SamacSys-backed component sources
Reduce manual library searching, downloading and data entry

Easy ECAD Downloader is designed to streamline the PCB design workflow when selecting parts from online component suppliers. Instead of manually searching for symbols, footprints, models and datasheets, you can trigger the extension from a supported part page and download the available KiCad-ready files. Important note Generated ECAD library files should always be reviewed before use. Check schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, pin mappings, dimensions and datasheets against the manufacturer’s documentation before placing parts in a production design.
