This extension told me it needed the full blown express VPN desktop app installed in order for this to run. So, this is useless unless you do that. It should also say that right up front so as to not waste anyone's time. I have the VPN running on my router so really this extension is redundant to anyone that has that as well.

ExpressVPN is now owned by Kape Technologies (formerly Crossrider), a former malware and adware distributor. They have also purchased Private Internet Access, CyberGhost, Zenmate and many VPN "Review" websites which have artificial ratings to mislead you into purchasing their products.

No free service

Bricked my router. Don't get the router software. Maybe use the extension but do not use their broken router software. What ever you do don't load it on your router.

Paid only and requires the desktop app anyways. Doesn't mention either of these details anywhere.
