Clean save popup — After saving a tab, the popup no longer shows your full crowded tab list. You see only the save confirmation with optional tags and folder.
"See all my saved tabs →" — A link at the bottom of the save popup opens your full FutureTabs dashboard in a new tab.

v1.6.2 — Popup save UX restored

Clicking the toolbar icon now shows a dedicated "Saved ✓" screen instead of mixing the save form into the tab list. The tab is auto-saved the instant you open the popup, and a toast confirms it. You can then add tags/folder details, or dismiss the form with the new ✕ button, the Esc key, or the Skip button — all bring you back to your tab library

v1.6.1 — Typography refresh

Switched to your device's native system font (San Francisco on Mac, Segoe UI on Windows, Roboto on Android/Linux). The extension now loads instantly with zero web font requests and no flash of unstyled text. Headings and labels were re-tuned with tighter letter-spacing and heavier weights to keep the visual hierarchy clean.

Fixed a bug where some tabs with large favicon images could cause the dashboard to appear completely empty on certain devices due to a browser sync storage limit. Favicons are now stored locally instead of synced, which also reduces sync data usage overall.

Click the toolbar icon to save your tab instantly — no extra clicks needed, with an optional panel to add tags or a folder. Saved tabs in your dashboard are now grouped by the exact date you saved them, with folder tags shown under each day (toggle this on/off anytime). Also includes a refreshed visual design

Version 1.2.0 brings a set of new features and quality-of-life improvements:

Date grouping — Saved tabs are now organized by when you saved them: Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, and Older. No more scrolling through a mixed pile.
Folder emoji icons — Assign a custom emoji to any folder so you can spot it at a glance in pills, chips, and dropdowns.
Tag management — A new "+ Tag" button lets you create and delete tags independently of saving a tab. Previously used tags surface as autocomplete suggestions as you type.
Website screenshots — When you save a tab, a preview screenshot of the page is captured and shown at the top of each card.
Live indicator — The open tabs strip now has a blinking green dot to signal it's showing your live browser tabs.
Custom color picker — Beyond the 6 preset folder colors, you can now pick any color using the native color picker.
+ Folder and + Tag buttons — Quick-access buttons in the new tab header and popup for creating folders and tags without going through a saved tab first.
