Latest update refuses to log me in. Completely useless now.

Had to roll back to 16.5.4. Thank goodness Firefox keeps a version history! (Thanks Mozilla).

They really do not care about Firefox users. That's been obvious before and it's even more obvious now. Nobody tested this.

Latest version (16.6.0) not filling in password any more at all.

Had to downgrade due to 16.6.0 being broken and non-functional. Suggest Keeper Security Inc. actually apply quality control before issuing faulty updates. Also, a lot doesn't work on a LOT of sites.

Version 16.6.0 doesn't recognize any site stored in my vault. I had to downgraded to version 16.5.4 and disable auto update.

The most recent update has made it mostly dysfunctional. Before this it wasn't perfect, but it did what it needed to do and was a little bit better than most other password managers. Now all features related to autofill does not work. How such a massive flaw made its way into a release I have no idea

How this password manager has got so big is beyond me, the functionality is rubbish. The auto fill doesn't work (ever). Sometimes the extension fails to even load. It never recognizes when you change your password so you have to change everything manually and generally it's a lot more difficult to use than other password managers out there.

Update: After an update the browser extension doesn't even load. Changing to 2 star from 1 star

It keeps telling me that it's not up to date even though it is. It will not run.

Breaks very often with browser updates.

In terms of encryption, reportedly among the best. In terms of user experience: personally, very bad. It does not "see" where it must fill information. Most of the times, automation does not work: you need to open the vault and copy-paste bit by bit. And now, the extension no longer works because the update does not work. I won't renew my subscription, that's for sure...

I was forced by my employer to swap to Keeper and god damn if it's not the worst password manager I have ever used.

Login pop ups on all sorts of pages I don't want it to, with no option to permanently disable it on a specific sub page.

Worthless extension logs me out every few hours even though it's set to only do so once per day.

My personal account, which I'm only using because you get one free if you have an enterprise account, also logs out multiple times a day even though I have set it to NEVER log out. WORTHLESS.

Literally worse than the lastpass extension from a decade ago. I'd be screaming and crying at work about it if lastpass hadn't had so many breaches lately, literally only reason to use this garbage.

I hate this app/extension so much I will probably pay out of pocket for another company rather than using my free account. And I'm cheap as heck.

Makes firefox extremely unstable, had to reboot my a couple of times before I found the culpit.

I just bought the family version and created an account on FireFox but it does not look good.
First I was given an option to import my old password, but after the first dialog it froze and couldn't get back to how to import my old passwords from lastpass.
Next, I tried to install the extension from Keeper's page, but that link doesn't work, However after searching for it from within firefox add-ons page I found it, installed it but it's not clear how to use.
It's my first day, chose b/c of some reviews online, but I am getting the impression that it's very buggy, crossing fingers.

Can't make it work with Firefox. There's no point in having it. I'm going to ask for a refund and go back to Lastpass.

I really like Keeper, it's one of the better full service password management, auditing, and automation solutions. And the Chrome extension is really good. But the Firefox extension is buggy. It looks the same, but doesn't always work and it's EXTREMELY slow. You can see Firefox use up a ton of CPU when just switching tabs or reloading a page, then disable Keeper and it's lightning fast again. I'm not sure what is going on, but they really need to fix this bad. This is a show stopper.

It's been months and still no fix. This is unacceptable for a service MSPs are paying for.

Fill button barely works and is intermittent.
Latest update has killed the sign in, it shows sign in success but never signs the add-in in.

Doesn't make sense that I have to use the Master Password each time I log in to PC. On the phone, things auto fill as they should. On PC I have to type the master each time. Which means I must look at the app on my phone and type in a long password. Unfortunately my phone was damaged and I can't log in to Google on a temp phone due to inability to access my Keeper on PC.

No longer works with Firefox developer Edition. Still works fine with regular Firefox.

Constantly logs itself off without any reason, support was useless as per usual.

It is terrible. The stored passwords don't work.

The Keeper extension won't log on to the Keeper Program so it is basically useless.
