Update 1.25

Fixed all functions that had stopped working (except infinite scroll for now).

Fixed the “Followed Files” tab in the extension window, which was broken.

Added an option to hide the Collections section on game pages and mod description pages.

Fixed the “hide mods” feature, which hadn’t worked since before my absence, and also fixed the feature to hide items based on keywords :D

Removed some features and improvements that are no longer necessary due to changes on the site itself, such as Advanced Search and the improved Games tab.

Many other smaller fixes that will probably go unnoticed.

Removed the feature related to the “A–D” keys, which switched tabs when pressing them. It wasn’t actually useful and caused quite a headache. (BUT arrow keys still work!) Other shortcuts like Ctrl+F on mod posts, Ctrl+E to endorse, and others still exist!

Version 0.24 Changes

Added Hotkeys to make navigation easier. This is a somewhat complex system, in short you can now use A/D or Left/Right Arrows to navigate between the floating menu closest to the top of the page (focused) without using the mouse. Since the A, D and arrow keys are also used by popups to navigate between images, popups have priority over these buttons and this shortcut will not work if a popup is visible. This feature is always enabled and cannot be disabled

Also added more keyboard shortcuts on mod pages such as:

Alt + E to Endorse/Undo the current mod

Alt + N to Create a New Topic on the BUGS page (if you are on the bugs page), Post a new comment if you are on the POSTS page or create a new Topic on the Forum if you are on the FORUM page.

Alt + T to Start Following/Undo the current mod.

- Fixed some issues related to the CSS of the website and the Extension.

- In the option to Ignore Requests and download mods quickly, the extension now waits longer before returning to the page and also no longer closes the page.

- Added option to Enable/Disable images of mod blocks stretched by the extension, which aims to improve the visibility of small images.

Fixed issue with Quick Downloads opening a download window twice

Added additional trigger to prevent the Hide Mods from your list function from activating again on the same mods unnecessarily, this may be part of the bug that causes mods that are NOT in your list to be hidden.

Disabled the Enhanced Notifications function as it is no longer working due to changes in NexusMods, as soon as I agree, I will send an update to enable this function again.

REMOVED Enhanced Search Button and Function as NexusMods itself now has this feature in Beta Testing.

Version 0.23

- Fixed an issue with the new Feature Test function that had been added. Previously, the entire script was waiting for an image to load (which was from an external URL), potentially delaying the script unnecessarily. Now, the image is embedded within the extension, preventing this delay.

- Resolved a performance issue with the function that simplified NexusMods notifications. Previously, it scanned the entire site <BODY> to locate and display the notification, which was detrimental to overall performance. Now, it works in a loop without scanning the entire body.

- Added a fix related to broken YouTube thumbnails on the site due to an invalid parameter in the video block URLs. Now, only unavailable videos display the invalid video image correctly (this is not a feature that can be disabled, but if you encounter issues, please contact me).

- Now, if you press ctrl+f on a mod post page (posts tab), the browser will focus on the site's comment search box.

- The hover-to-view Profile feature on profile links no longer functions on next.nexusmods.com, as the site already has a similar feature.

- In the Mod description popup, additional information is now displayed, such as Requirements, Translations, Permissions, and Change List.

- Fixed an issue with Infinite Scrolling on the Trending All Time pages.

- Resolved an issue with Infinite Scrolling on the /Media pages of games that were not following the site's filters.

- Fixed an issue (hopefully) with the Mods Change List in the Mods Files tab that was applying twice if the user scrolled too quickly.

- Various improvements were made to the logic applied when the user scrolls the screen or moves the mouse to detect elements and activate extension actions, reducing unnecessary processes (such as calculating positions or changing specific elements without real need, for example, if the related function was disabled in the extension).

- Reduced the number of Games Per Second loaded by the improved Game List function from 500 to 200 per second. This ensures there are no CPU lags while loading the list of (over 2000 games) in under a second, maintaining smooth navigation on slower computers.

- The extension now waits for the site to be "free" of heavy loads before running, which may delay extension processes by a few milliseconds but ensures there are no initial lags on pages.
