utter rubbish, suddenly stopped me being able to log in, says username or password is incorrect, which is not true, its saved on firefox and also i have a photo of them both, extension removed, useless

Used to work fantastically, but six months ago it stopped letting me login - I've tried resetting my password, uninstalling and reinstalling, contacting customer service - but nothing works

Highly unstable. Frequently glitches out, fails to open and needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled (sometimes multiple times) to get it working again.

I was happy with Password Manager but wife would not accept it.

This had worked really well for a long time. I relied on it. Now I can't log in and my passwords are inaccessible.

This gadget/app/add-on (whatever you'd like to call it, I've heard them all) used to work just fine in FireFox running thru a proxy & a VPN for years without any issues. Now every time I attempt to open my Norton Password Manager the last 3 days, I just get the "Oops, something went wrong" error message repeatedly and never get to the log in screen. The only fix thus far has been to completely uninstall the extension, then readd it. Which works, but is a royal pain in the *** every time I reopen FireFox and want to log back into my Norton Password Manager.

If it wasn't for this issue, I'd say 5 of 5. If and when it's working, it does auto fill user names & passwords and can generate secure passwords easily.

Awful! It will not allow me to see my password in the case of needing to use it on another system without norton, puts an ugly emoji in the password box and basically just sucks. I guess I could log into the password manager and see passwords but I FORGOT THAT PASSWORD AND THE RECOVERY QUESTIONS DON'T WORK!

Garbage- Frequently on all browsers while using a computer lately the link does not work. For this reason alone, I am NOT renewing my Norton subscription.

Piece of crap free frm BT worse than useless lost all passwords support just leads to a non active chat button. Norton as much help as a chocolate teapot!

I did not ask for it nor want it. I have another Password Manager that I am happy with. This stupid thing, NORTON, makes you jump through hoops to delete it. Get real people, not everyone wants all your garbage that you offer.

This add-on will work as expected, but it will slow down the browser in situations not related to authentication. (e.g., multiple images view on Twitter)
This slowdown occurs not only in Firefox but in Chrome and Edge as well.
I've been using this add-on for many years but switched to Bitwarden when I found out that it causes slowdowns.
