PagePulse Sentinel от Rowe Johnson

Users can add the current tab to a watch list, choose a check interval, run manual checks, pause individual watches, and clear changed states after reviewing updates. The extension fetches watched pages in the background, normalizes page text, compares a compact hash, updates the toolbar badge, and shows a Firefox notification when a change is detected.
