Google Translate was intermittently blocking requests from the extension, returning bot-detection errors (HTTP 403 / "unusual traffic" responses) and causing translations to fail for users.

• Replaced the Google Translate API integration with the MyMemory Translation API as the new translation source, since Google actively blocks unauthenticated/automated client requests without an official paid API key.
• Added usage tracking to help monitor request volume against MyMemory's rate limits.

Google Translate does not offer a free, stable public API for direct client-side use — unofficial access methods get flagged and blocked as bot traffic. MyMemory provides a free, more reliable API suited for this extension's use case.
