How do I report bugs please? The pop up often blocks the view of the website and if manually close it using X, then often it logs user out from the account without any notification, very irritating. Also the pop up window is incorrectly scaled to the box making content showing with 2 scrolling bars making it look unprofessional.

OK as far as it goes but why, once logged in, does it ask the same questions about wanting cashback every time. Most anoying!

It works, but it's misleading and not really fit for purpose. Despite being logged into my account, it tells me I'll be getting cashback at a higher rate than what I actually will get.

It's quick and easy to use, prompts u when shopping, showing you how much cashback you will get and even adds discount codes whilst your are shopping! Love it.

Quite useful but missing options that would make it much easier to use - namely a way of hiding pop-up notifications for certain sites. Also, giving the extension a star rating on its preference page leads to a broken link.

Generally quite useful, but seems to work incorrectly on some sites (e.g. it does not alert me when I visit eBay (which is a topcashback website, and alerts me EVERY time I visit dell.com, even though I have clicked [X] dozens of times)

TopCashback is a pretty good site as far as the cashback amount goes. Until now it's been a hassle to go through the website to get the cashback and I'm glad they decided to add on the extension. That being said, the customer service is the worst. Recently I've had the displeasure of having to lodge a missing cashback claim, and they gave me such a runaround that it would've been better to have talked to myself. Overall, TopCashback is only good for high cashback amount. Otherwise, Rakuten is better as far as ease of use and customer service is concerned.
