Worse than that it just doesn't seem to work - only solution was to rollback to a previous version. Paid, licensed user - new version is not ready for release. Support contact options on the developers website do not work - Contact links don't go anywhere.

I am a paid user for years & this was great but noe USELESS. Warning to others DO NOT PAY FOR THE PAID VERSION whatever you do until they roll this back to VERSION 8 when EVERYTHING WORKED.

Various features have been removed, presumably to be re-added as paid options. I can't speak for any paid features, but the base version is now terrible, frustrating to use, and constantly failing.

The paid licence is removed and all attempts to reload it fail. Customer support is NIL! DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS RUBBISH!

Video downloads always stop at 311MB... I paid for the premium version about a year ago so at least I got some use out of it(on windows).. but it appears there is nowhere to input the premium code and I am assuming since I am getting a prompt to purchase the premium that it is not recognizing my purchase. probably still a better idea to use OBS or yt-dlp
