i need wheel down to seek +5s , wheel up to seek -5s

Nice but it needs only activated where i want and NOT activated by default!

Edit: With privacy in mind and that we need this addon only on some websites active its better if its deactivated by default so i can activate it where it needs!

Well. You still can disable this feature for every website manually at the address bar https://i.imgur.com/KRjMYzg.png

Brilliant, lightweight add-on. Does what it says without a million options to select. just what I was looking for.
