available: the fallback sets an image the same way a real photo does, so
the retry logic was never told the first image was only a placeholder.
Cards now correctly retry with the improved query and show a real photo
whenever one is found.

- Select the source and target languages from the supported language list.
- Choose an existing Anki deck or create a new deck.

- Keep failed captures in a local retry queue when a service is temporarily unavailable.
- Add Firefox-compatible MV3 packaging and a reproducible reviewer build.
