It was working consistently before but not anymore. It's just a blank space every now and then but it works when you refresh a bunch of times. Hoping for a fix soon.

The extension is excellent, it works like a charm.
P.S. It sometimes happens that if you close the header where the channel name is indicated, the chat becomes too narrow, and does not reach the edge of the screen, as intended. This happens if the cinema mode is not enabled.

is there something special i need to do for dark mode? doesn't seem to be working for me

Can you add an option to hide the chat in full screen mode as well? The default youtube chat has it but once the addon is enabled the X button is gone too. Otherwise this extension works great thanks!

Fantastic extension! Would it be possible to make it compatible with Youtube Livestreams Theater Mode ? Or maybe make your own version?

Add-On works great. Thank you for your work! The only problem I encountered is with theater mode: the chat will be pushed down and is no longer visible.
