Об этом расширении
YouTube Tweak is great — YT Enhance Pro keeps the same spirit: a privacy-first, fully local extension that fixes YouTube's annoyances and adds the customizations you wish the official site had.
  • Lock video quality — auto-switch every video to your preferred resolution (144p up to 8K, with automatic fallback when a video doesn't offer it).
  • Speed buttons & slider — 0.5x / 1x / 1.5x / 2x one-click presets plus a fine-grained slider, and optional mouse-wheel speed control.
  • Remember playback speed — keep your speed setting across videos.
  • Volume booster — real gain beyond 100%, and a "true 100%" option for the max volume.
  • Video zoom — zoom into the video with the mouse wheel.
  • Rotate / mirror / screenshot buttons in the player.
  • Scrolling mini player — the video keeps floating while you scroll.
  • Remember subtitle state per video, and cleaner UI (translucent end screen, progress bar below the video, corner time display).
  • Translate video titles, descriptions, summaries, subtitles and comments into your target language — automatic or on demand.
  • Line-by-line comment translation and a manual translate button for comments you choose.
  • "Never translate" language list to keep specific languages untouched.
  • Lock the number of video rows on the home page.
  • Show commenter nicknames and auto-expand long comments.
  • Block image/text ads and creator product placements.
  • Block Shorts in the home feed, search results, watch page and sidebar.
  • Disguise the premium logo and remove the country code label from the logo.
  • Custom CSS injection for power users.
  • Every feature can be toggled on or off.
  • Export / import / reset your configuration anytime.
  • No trackers, no analytics, no data collection. All settings are stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
  • Based on the open-source project YouTubeTweak (MIT License).
  • storage — saves your settings locally in the browser.
  • tabs — detects the current YouTube tab so the popup can reflect its state.
  • Host permission *://*.youtube.com/* — the extension only touches YouTube pages and nothing else.
