Great addon. Not a single issue so far, all works perfectly. My only suggestion is I'd like to be able to chose default state. So instead having to disable it on the websites I don't want it on, I'd prefer to have it off on default and just enable it on the websites I want it on.

Warning about QR-Codes with this enabled. The QR-Code will not be scannable in some sites whilst this is toggled on. Half the websites I use 2-way authentication for do not work with this on.
