1. Capture Mode is now controlled entirely from the Dashboard - This removes the confusing duplicate toggle that used to live in the notebook popup.
2. Formatting shortcuts (Alt+B, Alt+1/2/3, Alt+., Alt+N, Alt+Enter) now also work directly on the webpage.
3. Allows key-shortcuts to work while focused in the webpage.

1. New: pressing Backspace now works for deleting lines.
2. You can delete an unwanted or empty line instead of being stuck with it.
3. New: a Shortcuts panel in the Dashboard lists every keyboard shortcut for quick reference.
[Fixes]
1. Fixed: captured text could occasionally fail to save if the notebook popup was minimized at the time.
2. Fixed: a notebook window resized too small now scrolls instead of clipping content.
3. Fixed: Ordered number lists followed the number of lines used in a note rather than starting at 1 no matter what line you on.
