End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Codex Reader ("Extension").

By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

1. License Grant
   The developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Extension only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension (including but not limited to code, design, and graphics) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer.
3. "As Is" and Disclaimer of Warranty
   The Extension is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, browser crashes, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Termination
   The developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your license to use the Extension without prior notice.
6. Changes to This Agreement
   The developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Extension following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
