Great downloader.....!!

This is quite useful and, even though there is the occasional glitch requiring reloading the page or clearing the cache, I think it's worth the 5 stars (and a contribution!).

I would like to see a more detailed description of just how the download takes place (I may unpack the xpi and take a peek).

Update: I had a glitch and contacted the developer - and got a very quick and helpful response. This addon is definitely worth supporting.

And another update: once again I needed to contact the developer and received very, very quick turnaround with helpful information. This add-on has been very useful to me for a number of years now.

November 2025 update...

Dishita has added update after update to this add-on to keep up with Google/YT's changes, and deserves much credit for perseverance and innovation.

Excellent add-on! Great work! Thank you!!

The extension is really good.

This add-on is constantly being maintained and worked. I love that they never let the grass grow under their feet and recognize the need of those who use it. Wish all app creators were as attentive.

This add-on provides just what I need in an easy to use way. I would recommend it to others a lot.

What can you say about something as cool as this other than, "WOW".

Best one I've found so far. Good job

It works well. I usually use it for downloading some interesting videos.

es uno de los pocos que descarga MP4 con Firefox, amo esa extension.

great tool. Probably the fastest one catching up with all the code changes used by youtube to prevent downloads

The add-on can download mp4 and mp3 format. This is better compare with other Youtube downloader. I would recommend to suppor this add-on.

This downloader keeps opening new tabs for its website on by Firefox browser. I'm not interested in the website for "Easy Youtube Video Downloader" . The latest page on their website asks for a cup of coffee. No kidding. No option to opt out of receiving such notices. No way to unsubscribe.
