Albums of videos save as videos, and pages pay less for Grablet.

• Telegram: an album of videos is offered as videos. A six-video album was listed as six small images, because each video shows a preview still until it plays. The album save now opens each video the way a single save does, waits for its first frame, and lists six videos with size, dimensions and length, with no preview rows.
• A video's preview still is always called one. After half a minute idle the browser clears the background's memory, and a later click listed the stills as plain images. The mark now travels with the picture.
• Two videos that open on the same black frame stay two rows instead of collapsing into one.
• Less memory on a long reels session: a page keeps at most four captured clips and 400 MB between them, releasing the oldest, instead of keeping every clip you watched.
• Less work on Telegram Web and WhatsApp Web: the scan that places Save buttons no longer re-asks the same questions every 400 ms, and runs nothing while the tab is hidden.
• Large saved files leave the page in tens of milliseconds per chunk instead of about a second.
• The save panel stops blinking: rows no longer replay their fade-in on every progress report.

Still no YouTube and no DRM-protected services, by design.

What Pro says about renewal, and buttons a file cannot use.

• A yearly Pro key is a subscription: it renews by itself and the new key arrives by email. Grablet now says so instead of offering a "Renew" link that would have started a second subscription, and a lapsed key says to paste the emailed one rather than buy again.
• Sound-only, clip and GIF are no longer offered on media Telegram Web or WhatsApp Web hold inside the page, where they could not work and failed after the click.
• The album picker's heading counts files, not rows: "13 of 4 in this album" is gone.
• WhatsApp Web no longer shows "Grablet can't read this site" on a site the build supports.
• The popup describes stream assembly as free until 9 March 2027, as it has been since 0.1.0.466.
• The YouTube and DRM refusal is now also asked at the one place every save passes through, as a second line of defence. Nothing that was refused before is allowed now.

Telegram fixes, clean seeking in VLC, and one progress row per save.

• Telegram: a video you have not played saves on the first click. Grablet opens the viewer to find the file and used to close it before noting what it found, so the click ended with "nothing detected here yet" while the same video saved fine once you had opened it yourself.
• Telegram: never the wrong video. In a chat where one video was already playing, a click on a different, unplayed video could save the playing one. A click on a Telegram or WhatsApp message now saves that message's file or nothing.
• Telegram no longer loses your place: collecting an album could close the chat you were reading.
• Videos assembled from streams scrub cleanly in VLC. They played from the start but went green after a seek until the next keyframe; the file now carries the index VLC needs.
• Several saves at once, each with its own progress: a small list at the bottom right of the page, one row per save. Finished rows say "Saved", or why not, and leave.
• Saving a stream is free in the beta from every entry point, not only the popup: the Save button on a post, "Save now" in the library and the right-click menu all honour it now.
• The file-name template field in Settings carries the Pro mark and is disabled without a licence, instead of accepting a template it would not use.
• The Save button on a post is no longer confused by "watch server" links listed next to a player.
• "Record this tab" now refuses YouTube and DRM-protected services, as every other save path already did.

Fixes for saves that used to fail, and a picture on every row.

• A video served from an address ending .htm or .php was named after that
address, and the browser refused the file outright. The kind of media decides
the file extension now; a document still keeps what its address says.
• An album on Telegram listed one item of four, or none, and could leave the
site's own media viewer open behind it. It collects the whole album now, and
puts the page back as it found it.
• Two pictures in one post on X were listed as four rows, three of them
claiming a size that belonged to a different picture.
• A zip that could not fetch anything said only that it had failed. It now says
why, and a zip that dropped half an album no longer reports success.
• Rows that had no picture now take one from the page — the poster if the site
offers one, otherwise a frame from the video already on screen.

Also new since the last release: a settings page open to everyone (where files
land, how they are named, what the audio button produces), Bookmarks listed
beside Saved files in the library, and toolbar buttons drawn at one weight with
more contrast in dark mode. Grablet now says when it is not watching a site,
and offers to turn that one site on.

While Grablet is in beta, until 9 March 2027: assembling a stream into one
playable file is free, and every install made during the beta gets 90 days of
Pro rather than 30, and keeps them.

Saved files are now named after the post rather than the page. A Telegram video that used to arrive as "Telegram Web-720p-1jh7isk.mp4" is saved as "China Builds a Rotating Sky Villa.mp4", and the same goes for a tweet, a Reddit post or an Instagram caption.

Also in this release:

• Long Telegram videos save in full. A video over 400 MB used to arrive cut short and unplayable; it is now written to disk in pieces as it arrives, so length no longer matters.
• Every item in a Telegram album is listed, and photos beside a video are listed as photos rather than as previews of it.
• The Library sits in the side panel beside the Gallery, and either can be opened in a tab of its own.
• The arrow beside the in-page button opens the rest: sound only, keep for later, clip or GIF, send to your phone, save to your own cloud, and copy link.
• An album's pictures can be saved together as one zip.
• A percentage while a save runs, in place of a spinner that said nothing.
• Photos get a save button on Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok and Threads, and X's photo viewer has one too.
• A save that fails now says why, instead of reporting success and leaving no file.
