Instead of putting it in contextual menu why don't you just add an icon in the toolbar (like every other add-ons??

Just go to the webpage you want to have forgotten and open the context menu anywhere on the webpage.

Nothing happens while pressing the button "Clear Blacklist", "Remove Domain", "Add Domain" and "Import".
Tried to clean history and reboot. No luck.
