I had this turned on before I used a torrent, and then it either a) turned off without warning but before I dl the torrent b) Hoxx shared private dl information with industry where I got a copyright letter/warning from my ISP. Or is Hoxx now owned by an industry copyright protection organization?
If the VPN isn't capable of doing the one thing it is supposed to be doing, it's worthless. There's no warning when it decides to shut off, a major flaw in the design.

Update August 2023:
It isn't free anymore, every free server I try to connect to won't connect and now says "The reason could be that FREE servers are blocked in your network. Please try premium servers." Good bye Hoxx, I'll find a new VPN.

Previous review:
They say it is free if you make an account, but then randomly at times throw some type of traffic limit at you and lock you out of using it unless you buy a premium membership. I am able to use it for weeks at a time and then am suddenly locked out for some reason that isn't fully explained.
