Click the gear icon (top right) for Settings. Select the On-page tab. Disable Select to translate and that's it! Perfect 5 stars!

While active, websites take multiple seconds to load instead of just a few hundred milliseconds as normally. As soon as you deactivate it loading times go back to normal. I'm not sure what the hell they are doing every time a website loads...
