This Firefox Extension allows a Remedy ticket system user to launch the Logs Management folder within SharePoint, and easily locate an existing log folder based on an existing ticket number (the active tab in Firefox ).
The Firefox Extension also allows a quick method to create a new logs folder, based on the currently active ticket number.

* The Firefox Extension Sharepoint integration assumes that all folders are created to match the full ticket number.


The Firefox Extension provides a quick link to create a new Jira case (no information is passed from the ticket).
The Firefox Extension provides a method to open a Jira case already linked to the the active ticket (info taken from the KB/DPAR tab)
