- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14719962, för 7 år sedanThe most Firefox like replacement for RSS feeds that I have found. Only two dings, and both are rather minor:
(1) Converting using an export was a pain, as the previous bookmark folder structure was lost on the import and it took an hour-plus to move around my 80+ feeds and get them back to where they were originally..
(2) I wish there was a way to disable the icon and only have the article title displayed -- it is a waste of screen real estate (this is my biggest gripe!).
Otherwise, as I said, the best replacement for letting it continue to appear as if FF is managing your feeds.
Also, it works well with latest release of Cliqz. - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Alex6, för 8 år sedanvery convenient since the abandonment of RRS feed in native...
it just misses a small button to copy the address of the feed to the clipboard (if we use an external feed reader ...) - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14510951, för 8 år sedanUse this addon to add and manually install live bookmarks from atom or rss, and then switch it off. In Quantum it pushes up CPU usage to the point my laptop fan came on, and Firefox was incredibly laggy. Now I know it's foibles, I'm happy to carry on using it - disabled most of the time - and Firefox is back to being fast.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14502669, för 8 år sedanGood workaround for the discontinued Firefox RSS bookmark functionality but I wish it could leave unchanged the Recently bookmarked list.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Mirek, för 8 år sedanThanks for this extension!
Please, add marking read/visited articles/links and maybe some code optimization for better performance - and it will be perfect add-on :-) - Betygsatt 4 av 5av imqqmi, för 8 år sedanThanks for bringing back the live rss bookmarks! How ironic it's based on an extension for chrome to provide Firefox like live bookmarks!
A few suggestions to improve:
- Done! Show which article is read
- Show icon of feed instead of the folder icon
- Remove icon in the drop down menu, some icons are annoying when displayed multiple times in a vertical row.
Keep up the good work! - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 13272218, för 8 år sedanIt's comfortable to me. Please add the function to reflesh the feeds when stating up the browser.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14499466, för 8 år sedanPlease mark (ex. change color, icon, ...) read articles in bookmark menu.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av kingsword, för 8 år sedanNecessary just to slow down the rate FF is going to dump (self-censored because writing the blunt truth is against guidelines apparently).
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 12657887, för 8 år sedanSuper! I was quite frightened when Ffx updated to v64 and reported the end of livemarks. Then I discovered this extension and I really like it. As the others already said: I also would appreciate read/unread flag and custom icons - then it would be a perfect 5 for me. Thanks anyway!
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14496423, för 8 år sedanLive RSS were basically the reason I stick with Firefox ... Livemarks saves this, but with 2 (quite big) limits:
1. Your bookmark has an anonymous folder icon instead of the real website icon.
2. No way to track which feed you have already read or not. - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Thomas Bertels, för 8 år sedanGreat replacement for the removed livemarks feature.
Only two missing things:
- custom icon for the feed title (instead of folder, a RSS one would be better)
- longer feed items titles length
I'm not sure if those two things are possible though.
I also have a bug: livemarks options pop-under (in Livemarks options) have a 5 seconds delay before getting displayed - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14496034, för 8 år sedanGood replacement but please add read/unread indicator (as it was before in firefox). Thanks
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 12327629, för 8 år sedanWorking simillar to the discotinued Firefox Rss for me.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14495848, för 8 år sedanToo bad the functionality was removed from Firefox. This plugin seems to be a good replacement. The only thing I miss so far is a read/unread indicator for each news.

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Martijn Donath, för 8 år sedanAfter the initial shock of having Live Bookmarks removed from Firefox (oh nooooo!) I was extremely happy to find this little add-on which replaces the original functionality in exactly the way I already liked it. Well, maybe the read/unread indicator is missing, that would be even better.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14494380, för 8 år sedanWorks like the original except of syncing Settings/OPML between Browsers on different computers. Then it would be 5 stars.

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 12892500, för 8 år sedanHope it will be a new feature to see read and/or unread topics and also a sync between browsers on different computers.
- Betygsatt 4 av 5av JD, för 8 år sedanMostly works as expected and is a suitable replacement for the FF live bookmarks. But synchronization between multiple FF instances still doesn't work (with v1.10) - it also didn't with 1.8 and as I've seen, the sync feature has been removed in the meantime (I think with 1.9). It should be possible to use FF sync for add-ons and their settings, right?

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av Miles-Prower, för 8 år sedanA much-needed add-on since Mozilla decided to openly kill RSS support (and weirdly advertises Pocket as a pseudo-alternative in its help pages).
Setting it up is a bit rough as of now but works. Sync across multiple devices however causes a few issues - for instance the other devices do see the new folder bookmarks, but do not understand they're Livemarks out of the box. - Betygsatt 4 av 5av Firefox-användare 14424271, för 8 år sedanFinally ! Thank you for that !
It just misses the ability to create folders, sync and a color change for read streams.
Thanks again !
