We built Mail2Follow with a strict privacy first approach. No exceptions.
✅ MINIMAL DATA, BY DESIGN
We store only what is needed to power your reminders: email subject, recipient, send date, and a short encrypted preview of the email body (first 400 characters, used only to regenerate follow up drafts). We never store the full email body. All personal data is encrypted at rest.
✅ AI PROCESSING WITHOUT FULL STORAGE
When you click Track, the subject and body of that specific email are sent to Anthropic's Claude and Google Gemini APIs to classify the email type and generate follow up drafts. Neither provider uses API inputs to train their models. Only the short encrypted preview (400 characters) is stored. The full body is discarded immediately.
