Memolight uses only Google Drive’s hidden app-data space and cannot access your normal Drive files. Sync data does not pass through a developer-operated server, and no separate Memolight account is required.

On Firefox, OAuth tokens are stored only in the extension’s local storage and are used solely for the Google Drive connection.
