Radar Map
– Weather markers — city name and temperature overlaid on the map, auto-updates on pan/zoom
– Hover tooltip — shows precipitation intensity (mm/h) under the cursor
– Zoom limits — restricted to zoom 3–10 (continental to city level)
– Smooth frame transitions — crossfade between radar frames, no more flickering
