NanoFill respects your privacy. This policy explains what information NanoFill processes, how it is used, and the choices you have.


NanoFill may process information you choose to use with the extension, including:

• Profile details, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and custom fields.
• Form template data, recorded form interactions, field names, selectors, and values.
• Text snippets, shortcut triggers, and snippet content.
• Website URLs and form metadata needed to match templates or perform autofill.
• Extension settings, activity history, and local usage statistics.

NanoFill processes this information only to provide features you request, including autofill, template recording, replay, text expansion, profile management, and workflow automation.


NanoFill stores profiles, templates, recordings, snippets, settings, and related extension data in your browser’s extension storage.

NanoFill does not operate a developer-controlled server for collecting your form data. It does not include analytics, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, remote code, or an online AI provider.


Browser Sync is disabled by default.

If you choose to enable Browser Sync in NanoFill settings, selected profiles, templates, snippets, rules, and related organizational data may be synchronized through your browser’s sync service under your own browser account. Vault contents and saved page drafts are not included in Browser Sync.


NanoFill requests browser permissions only to provide its features:

• Storage: Save your NanoFill data and settings.
• Active tab and tabs: Identify the active page when you use NanoFill.
• Scripting and website access: Fill forms, record interactions, replay templates, and expand snippets on compatible websites.
• Alarms:** Support extension housekeeping and scheduled internal tasks.

NanoFill does not read or use website content unless you activate a NanoFill feature on a compatible webpage.


NanoFill does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

Any CSV export is created locally on your device and contains only the information you choose to export. You are responsible for storing exported files securely.


You can manage, edit, export, or delete profiles, templates, snippets, recordings, and other NanoFill data from the NanoFill workspace.

You can also remove NanoFill and clear its stored data through your browser’s extension settings.


This policy may be updated when NanoFill changes. Updates will be reflected in the extension listing or accompanying documentation.
