Added
- Custom Settings search: direct Open and Manage Records links (like Custom Metadata Types), a /cs slash command, and a settings toggle.
- User-defined setup pages: add any Setup page to search from the popup - paste its URL, a /lightning/setup/… path, or just the node name (e.g. OmniChannelSettings). Stored per-path so it resolves on any org (sandbox/prod, Lightning or Setup domain). No more hardcoding.
- Users (Classic list) setup entry alongside the Lightning one, so both work regardless of the org's Enhanced User List View setting. Opening one makes it stick for that org until the cache is flushed.

Changed
- Metadata cache retention raised from 10 to 60 minutes, and now keyed per org (*.my.salesforce.com) - Lightning views and the Setup domain share one cache and one choice instead of caching separately per subdomain.

Fixed
- Permission Set Groups no longer surface their auto-created "group" permission set, which had no openable page.
