    Improved folder verification feedback during connection TEST

    When the NAS user account lacks File Station application privilege in QTS, the Test button now reports "Connected" (credentials and Download Station access are valid) rather than failing entirely. A "Folder path not verified · Why?" notice appears in the header with a step-by-step guide explaining how to grant File Station privilege in QTS Control Panel. Downloads are unaffected -- only folder path verification requires this privilege.
