Tubeless hides the parts of YouTube you'd rather not see. Every toggle is independent, and one switch pauses the lot when you want plain YouTube back.

Sidebar: Shorts, Explore, "More from YouTube", and the "You" section (full, minimal or hidden).

Top bar: Create button, notifications bell, filter chips.

Home: all recommendation shelves, gaming shelves, event banners, alert & promo banners, feed nudges.

Content types: Shorts, movies & shows, community posts, Mixes, playlists & podcasts, live streams, music videos, member-only videos, Premieres.

Watch page: action buttons (full or minimal), merch shelf, AI summary, live chat, fundraiser shelf, end-screen cards, description, comments, recommendations sidebar, Wikipedia/context panels.

Elsewhere: in-feed and overlay ads, survey popups.

Sensible defaults are on out of the box. Everything else lives in the toolbar popup.

How it works
One stylesheet, injected into youtube.com, hiding whatever you've switched off. No remote code, no network requests, no rewriting the page.

Privacy
No telemetry, no analytics, no tracking. The only permission is storage, used to sync your toggles via Firefox.
