Very useful addon with tons of features. Can be confusing to find that particular setting on the settings page since there's so many options to deal with.

One thing I really wish it had is a setting for grid lines to appear when moving my mouse so I can see where the grid boundaries are. I could control the player more conveniently without worrying about having to make sure the cursor is in or near the center of the grid square .

If you have the habit of scrolling down to read comments in full screen video then this addon will make it difficult. I had to make a blank column in the player just so I could scroll without activating the controls.

Even if you don't need the grid feature there are a ton of other options that might interest you so you should give it a try.

The extension is pretty useful but the 'Skip Video Intro/Outro' feature doesn't work at least on Firefox

Отличное расширение. Но есть баг в Sticky Player. А именно, основные кнопки управления наполовину скрыты. И очень не хватает кнопки закрытия Sticky Player.

UPD ! Come on my friend. I just updated the Addon and now the Options page can not be displayed. It seems there is an animation and then an empty page. Same happens when I disabled every other addons .. Now it seems there is a type error in "options.bundle.js"

Works grate but there is an issue, as it does not allow the Thumbnail Tooltip to be displayed on Mouse over the Progress Bar, it only displays the Time Tooltip. I do not know if it happens when the extension's Mouse Control is ON or the Clean Player > "ProgressBar Heatmap" is checked to be removed, but when I disable the addon, the preview Thumbnail is displayed as it should.

When trying to check what is wrong, I found out that somehow the ".ytp-tooltip-bg" element can not load its properties and especially its "background" property.

Update: It seems to be a conflict between your extension and the Adblock Plus extension, cause when I disable one of them the Tooltip Thumbnail is displayed as it should, but when both extensions are enabled the Tooltip is not displayed. Notice that I have not enable any Ad options in Tweaks for YouTube. The problem exists even with your addon's default options.

Best Youtube extension.

After using another tool for YouTube for years, which is no longer being developed, I looked at various alternatives. This one was the best alternative that I liked the most. The only thing that really bothers me is the confusing layout of the settings. Everything is just all over the place.
Update 04/26:
After update from 03. April something did not work anymore with fullscreen view and related videos sidebar. After fullscreen video (back to normal view) the related videos are all under the video and not back on the sidebar.

The most advanced add-ons for youtube. Old school power user tools, not for casuals. This thing need it's own guides and tutorials.

EDIT2: Somewhere along the lines, the app does no longer set the video resolution as per settings, YT is still using Auto resolution.

EDIT: After update 3.84.0 the shorts are gone, updating the score

Main thing I want this is to hide the stupid Shorts. It doesn't work for them, they are still there in List view.

Der Wahnsinn! Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten können einen zwar anfangs erschlagen, und teils sind Dinge aktiviert, die man vielleicht nicht will. Aber wenn man sich erstmal reingefuchst hat, sind die Möglichkeiten gigantisch. Hatte bis dahin den Enhancer for YT, aber der ist mal wieder ausm Store raus und scheint auch arge Probleme zu verursachen, deswegen hab ich mir was neues gesucht - und gefunden. Bin begeistert!!!

Even with all the options labeled as "Might trigger YouTube's adblock warning" disabled, still makes YouTube videos buffer and cynically ask "Experiencing interruptions?" despite me having uBlock Origin on. Disabling Tweaks For YouTube fixes it. I can no longer use YouTube with this addon installed, hoping the devs will find a way around it, since I love the functionality otherwise.

Possibly the most well-done YouTube tweaks extension on the planet.

As someone who has tried making extensions for youtube. Dealing with all the dynamic loading, exquisitely made.

i think it's the best add-on for youtube for me (aside from ublock ofc). There is a LOT of options although i wish they were better categorized. It's a bit of a pain when you need to change one setting and you pretty much have to search manually through most of them (in other words category names are bad). Maybe add a search button or get list of changed options. Great addon nonetheless.
