Awful extension. Now stamps a gigantic QR code on top of the video that links to a "Lifetime License" that you can buy to remove the QR codes.
Do yourself a favour and just download something like JDownloader or learn how to use FFmpeg.

Giant QR code is put on videos to pay for using addon

Giant watermark to coerce you into buying a licence.

Randomly became a paid app, all video downloads are covered with a QR code now...

Became paid-only, covered my downloaded video with a watermark in an extortion scam.

Now pay to use.
A QR code is generated on each video downloaded, hiding a third of the screen.

It's not free!!!

This used to be an excellent add on but now it keeps presenting videos in German, rather than English. I would advise everyone to ignore it until this problem is fixed.

False Promises ... Covers the video you downloaded and asks for payment AFTER u already downloaded !!!!

need extra app installed, barely works lately and now video have QR code need to pay to use

with extra app and licence needed...I mean, really?!

it downloads from YouTube with a huge watermark

Requires paid converter to remove watermark

Can't download anything without adware installed to pc

Dishonest - buying a license will stop ability to download from YouTube. Before purchase of license, it allows download from YouTube (with a large watermark). This bait-and-switch is intended to sucker you into believing the tool will work once you give them your hard-earned cash. If they were honest, they would prevent download before the license purchase, to show exactly what you could expect from this extension.
