Temporary Firefox extension for the X Spaces mic-quality bug.
It runs in the page MAIN world at document_start and replaces X's NoiseSuppressorWorklet with a GainNode pass-through. This preserves the rest of X's WebRTC publishing graph while avoiding RNNoise processing at the wrong effective sample rate.
