This is my attempt to get back the YouTube clips feature/functionality after it was removed.

This extension allows you to create and share YouTube clips using YouTubeTrimmer without leaving the video page.

Features:

Set start and end points while watching videos
Save clips locally with optional custom labels
Instantly copy clip links to your clipboard
Export clips individually or in bulk (with or without labels)
Store up to 100 clips locally

How to use:

Navigate to the part of the video you want to clip
Press Start (S) or click the Start button
Continue watching - the green indicator shows an active clip selection
Press End (E) or click the End button
The clip is added to your history and copied to your clipboard
Click any saved clip to copy its link again
Double-click a clip to edit its label
Click the ✏️ icon to edit the clip (be sure to save your edit when you are done)
Click the ❌ icon to delete a clip
Export to comma separated lists with or without labels
Export to the custom viewer

Privacy:

No data is collected or transmitted
All clips are stored locally in your browser

I just liked the clips feature that YouTube recently removed so I tried to make something to do mostly the same thing, I don't know what I am doing but it generally works for me and I assumed someone else might want to use it so posting it here makes sense.
