Make external YouTube shorts regular videos

This extension enables redirects from YouTube /shorts/<id> links to /watch?v=<id> links for external YouTube shorts.

Why?

You have shorts blocked by another extension (e.g. by "YouTube Unhook").
You still want to be able to watch shorts opened externally (the link which someone has sent to you).

This extension makes this easy.
