more frequently updates would be great (its last update was 7 months ago,

I really love AdNauseam, the only thing I wish it did better was update a little more frequently (its last update was 7 months ago, at least as of March 2021 anyway).
uBlock Origin (which AdNauseam is based upon) was last updated 12 days ago and has had 11 versions release in the time since AdNauseam was last updated.
Here's to hoping we see another update sometime soon!

it used to work well but now it asks to be set up every browser start, and it honestly is kinda driving me crazy gkfdjglgkjd still 5 stars cause it does its job

Have you tried creating a new Firefox profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile)? This sounds like symptoms of a corrupted profile

This is one of the best Ad-blockers I have ever used. It not only blocks ads and stops you from being tracked online, it also stops websites from knowing that you are using an Ad-blocker so they can't say something like "Please turn of your ad-blocker".

I also like how it builds up a profile of all the ads you could have seen and the revenue that could have been generated if you saw them, neat little feature.
