Only small downside is there is a leaderboard for submitters which I found out leads to people rushing to extremely popular channels and the second a video is released quickly spam segmets everywhere, often halfassed which leads to awkward cuts and overreporting of segments. If the incentive for doing this is removed it will become even better.

Например, покадрово перемещаю видео к моменту рекламы и начинаю фрагмент для отправки с первого кадра рекламы. И заканчиваю первым кадром продолжения видео после рекламы. И потом смотрю результат - всё равно чуть видно рекламу, успевает появиться мельком. Этот эффект сохраняется даже если сделать начало фрагмента - предыдущий кадр до начала рекламы. Просьба поправить это, чтобы фрагменты покадрово учитывались.
