Privacy Policy — BC Cell Copy

BC Cell Copy ("the extension") is designed with privacy as the default.

What data is collected?

None. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or browsing data.

Local storage

The extension only stores your own settings — the chosen separator, the language preference, and any custom Business Central URLs you add — via the chrome.storage API. This data stays in your browser (synced by Chrome to your own account) and is never shared with anyone.

Clipboard

When you Ctrl+Shift+click a cell, the extension writes the relevant value(s) to your system clipboard. This happens locally and is never logged or transmitted.

External communication

The extension does not connect to any external servers and contains no tracking, analytics, or advertising.

Scope

The extension only runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central domains, plus any custom Business Central URLs you explicitly add in the options. For those custom URLs, Chrome asks for your permission per site before the extension activates there.
