gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi Juni, sorry about the persistent rating prompts — that's feedback we'll take on board. On the download issue, version 24.1 is now out and should fix compatibility with more YouTube videos. Please update and give it a try. If things improve, we'd really appreciate an updated review! 🙏- 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Firefox kullanıcısı 18662665, 9 ay öncekeeps asking for more and more "donation"... stops working often...

gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi Frazet68! "Completed successfully" but 0MB — that message was deeply misleading. The actual bug is now fixed in version 24.1. Update the extension and it should download with a proper file size. If it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊Geliştiricinin yanıtı
gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi Ron! Worked great before and then suddenly 0 Bytes — that's a frustrating shift. Version 24.1 is now out and fixes the file size issue. Update the extension and it should be back to working well. If it is, we'd love an updated review!

We totally understand the frustration — it wasn't working and that's genuinely a waste of space. The good news is version 24.1 is now out and fixes the issue. It actually downloads videos now. Give it another try before uninstalling — we think it's worth it! 🙏 - 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Breez, 10 ay önce

It doesn't work for any videos; it just keeps saying, ‘Generating download link, please wait...’ Removing it and adding it back to Firefox didn't make any difference. Useless!

gönderilme: 7 ay önceHey! Stuck on "Generating download link, please wait..." forever is super frustrating — we know. That loop is fixed in version 24.1. Update the extension and it should generate the link and download properly this time. No need to reinstall! If it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊 Geliştiricinin yanıtı

EDIT: It doesn't. half the videos I download are "0 bytes" useless. uninstalling.
Also though, it wont try to download if the video was age-restricted. I only wanted the song so I just used an online converter, just something to note.Geliştiricinin yanıtı
gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi PseuGi! Half the videos as 0 bytes was frustrating — we get it. Version 24.1 fixes this so downloads should work reliably. On age-restricted videos, those are a separate limitation due to YouTube's restrictions, but regular videos should download fine now. If the update helps, we'd love it if you reconsidered your review! 🙏 - 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Firefox kullanıcısı 19597387, 10 ay önce

gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi Poppy! The extension is free and always has been — there's no trial software. If something prompted you for payment, it wasn't from us. Version 24.1 is out now and works without any restrictions. Please update and give it a try! 😊- 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Firefox kullanıcısı 19589628, 10 ay önceAnother paid scam to rake in money, rubbish!
Geliştiricinin yanıtı
gönderilme: 7 ay önceHi! The extension is completely free — there's no paid element to it. We're sorry it wasn't working, but that was a technical bug, not a paywall. Version 24.1 is now out and fixes the download issues. Give it a try — it's free, always has been! 🙏 - 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Firefox kullanıcısı 19588488, 10 ay önce
